Postpartum Support looks different for each parent. We will meet prenatally to discuss what postpartum looks like for you and your family. We work on building a community around you so that YOU can be your priority. The more support you have the better you can navigate the world of parenting.

You can expect to have help with light cleaning, newborn care when you need a break, perinatal mood and anxiety screening, referrals to professionals if applicable, emotional support when you need reassurance. I am there to take care of you and support you to the best of my ability!
